No apparent swelling, tenderness, or ecchymosis at time of trauma. He awoke that night complaining of pain and was not using his left wrist the following day.⁠⁠Physical exam: Physical exam showed the following: No swelling, ecchymosis, or tenderness of left wrist or hand. Full range of motion. Pulses present. Neurovascularly intact.
