There is partial tearing of the lateral MTSL (☆) with adjacent first web space edema and adductor hallucis tendinosis (solid white arrow). Medial sagittal band tearing (dotted arrow) and mild lateral subluxation of the extensor tendons (black arrow) are due to underlying hallux valgus.
