Cine clip from transthoracic echocardiogram shows severely dilated left ventricle (left ventricular end diastolic diameter 5.1 cm; Z-score=4.1), severely reduced left ventricular systolic function (left ventricular ejection fraction=35%) with diffuse global hypokinesis.⁠
